- Managed a $10M portfolio of six concurrent task orders for NOAA's NOAALink Program Office — staffing, personnel management, and monthly performance reporting to the COR
- Led a contract team to a 4.5 / 5.0 CPARS rating supporting the NOAA National Weather Service Logistics Management Division
- Built the action-item tracker, program dashboard, and meeting cadence for NOAA OCIO spectrum pipeline studies (7 GHz, 2.7 GHz, 1680 MHz)
- Owned contract risk registers and ran recurring status, budget, and technical interchange meetings across NWS, DoD, and FAA stakeholders
